Using the service

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded under their terms. AI credits are consumed as you use AI features and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You own your content. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, including processing by the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
